Your Position
There will be a variety of tasks in this position and thus you will have an exciting and varied everyday life, which will encompass a broad area of responsibility.
You will be part of our skilled HR team in Global HR Services & Processes where we are responsible for all HR systems, processes, tools, and templates. With the growth of Semco Maritime, we have increasing tasks within global mobility when we are relocating employees across borders and open new sites around the world. Furthermore, we have processes with known responsibility splits, templates, and guidelines for our HR Business Partner to bring to the organization, where you will have close collaboration with them. In general, you will work closely with the business and our skilled colleagues both in Denmark and globally.
You will refer to our Head of Global HR Services & Processes, Maibrit Lykke.
Your tasks and responsibilities
The position allows for independent responsibilities within the full HR pipeline with a focus on mobility. A position mostly behind the scenes and with a strong influence. We have an interesting and challenging global mobility task where we advise and drive the strategy around this to support our global organization.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
· Be involved in global and local and projects, evaluations, and continuous improvement of processes within
Global Mobility, both in current but also in emerging markets (currently we are running a global project
regarding Global Operations and consultants)
· Proactively develop and assist in building the global mobility strategies, processes, and programs to drive
mobility effectively across borders together with the business and local setups
· Direct accountability for all cross boarders regionally, ensuring compliance with the policies and processes
both across the business and across the mobility set-up
· Act as a subject matter expert in Global Mobility matters and viewed as the go-to person in the region and
coordinate with sub-regional leads
· Ensure governance around labor law, collective agreements, and local agreements
· Contribute to payroll set-up in new countries
· Ensure link between HR and Payroll and optimization in payroll
Your profile and qualifications

To succeed in this position, we expect that you have:
· Several years of experience from different global HR functions
· Skills as generalist in global mobility
· Strong communication skills in writing and speech, both Danish and English (Danish is a prerequisite)
· Flair for HR-related IT systems
· Experience in Microsoft Office especially within Excel and PowerPoint
· Integrity and ability to act with full discretion
