As HSE Director at NorSea Denmark, you are responsible for the design, implementation, communication, collaboration, and coordination of all Health, Safety, Work Environmental, and Environmental programs throughout the company.
You report directly to the CEO, however, you ensure our continued excellence in Safety Culture by collaboration with your colleagues and safety committees. Together we are setting new standards for behavioral safety awareness, continuing a safe and healthy workplace.

Who are you?
- Experienced with HSE work
- Offshore Energy experience either in Wind or Oil & Gas
- Independent and structured
- You are motivated by responsibility and teamwork
- Outgoing and courageous
- You are curious, engaging, listening and people naturally listens to you
- Thrives with multiple projects at the same time as day-to-day operations
- Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
- Experienced in motivational team leadership or project leadership
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design, implementation, communication, collaboration, and coordination of all Health, Safety, Work Environmental, and Environmental programs throughout the company
- This position will develop and provide technical and administrative direction on all HSE decisions, which bear critical importance to overall company objectives, operations, and profitability
- Coordinating HSE activities with the department managers at NorSea Denmark & UK
- Development and follow-up on HSE plans and -objectives.
- Continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge, and preparedness across the Company to create a culture that prioritizes effective HSE
- Review existing HSE policies and practices of the Company to ensure they are current and appropriate; conduct hazard and risk assessments and change existing or develop new recommendations from these assessments.
- Work Environment Committee engagement
- HSE Incident analysis and solutions implementation
- Employee communication on HSE matters
- Client communication and engagement on HSE matters
- Initiate, lead and actively participate in HSE campaigns in NorSea Denmark & UK
- HSE Support to the organization
- Security Assessment, -compliance and -control
- Collaboration with NorSea Group and Wilhelmsen HSE colleagues
