In our Renewables Division we have major EPC-projects in the pipeline for short- and long-term operation. Thus, we are looking for an OT Security Architect, who not only can execute high level OT Security activities but also is motivated by taking part in meeting our ambitious strategy.
Key responsibilities and tasks
You will be responsible for being architectural lead on and participating on EPC Substation Projects for all OT Security interests. Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Contributing with the implementation of industrial accepted good practice & industrial required Cyber/OT Security architecture on solution level, typically based on standards like IEC 62443 & NERC CIP, and NIS
- Helping define products and standards relevant to OT Security and infrastructure
- Reviewing requirements/ITT packages and providing input to tenders consisting of calculations, solutions, descriptions, clarifications, and reservations
- Taking on an advisory or engaging role in infrastructure, identity access management or logging/event based activity
- Implementing customer specific Cyber/OT Security requirements in substation design for multiple systems and subsystems like SCADA, low-voltage, HVAC, Auxiliary Control and Monitoring System, etc.
Crucial in this position is that you take responsibility and ownership within a project to coordinate OT Security deliverables and deadlines with internal and external stakeholders. It makes it key that you thrive in a leading position, where you through your excellent skills and team companionship ensure we always match requirements.
Your base will be on one of our offices either in Esbjerg, Copenhagen, Aalborg or Gdynia, and for working with colleagues on the other locations you should expect around 10-30 travel days per year.

You are a team player with focus on leading projects and working with stakeholders on timing and mission and to take precedence over technical capability. To us it means that you have a structured and solution-oriented approach with a good ability to influence your stakeholders as well as you demonstrate a high degree of dedication to complete work and see the job through to completion.

Besides a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in OT Security from a similar position - we imagine that you have:
- A Tech Lead mentality – we are not seeking an extreme subject matter expert, but a well-rounded colleague whom can work through heavily structured large projects involving many stakeholders
- A capability of knowing when you need additional technical specialists/resources to assist you in completing a project
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English language
