Your position 
As part of the ambitious growth strategy for our growing business, we are looking for a motivated, solution-oriented, and results-driven sales professional. 
You will join our passionate and highly skilled Corporate Sales Team, where you will take part in our growing business's ambitious growth strategy.

Your tasks & responsibilities 
You will refer directly to the Director of Consultant and be a key player in developing and executing the business strategy within the Consultant Services & Recruitment area. 

You will work closely with Sales colleagues, Project managers, Engineers, and the Tender team to combine your extensive background and extensive network, to help us match highly skilled and motivated consultants with long- and short-term projects.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Improving our market position within consulting sales and services
  • Taking part in our strategic growth strategy and sales management plan
  • Preparing and executing sales plans
  • Reviewing tender material and prepare offers on tenders
  • Developing and leading sales strategy processes
  • Develop and mature Semco Maritime concepts
  • Develop and maintain strong and close relations with clients
  • Give input to budget and strategy objectives

Your profile & qualifications 
You are a motivated and solution-oriented sales professional who is highly self-driven and wants to engage in and work as part of a team.
Furthermore you excel at establishing great personal and professional relationships with your colleagues and customers.

To succeed in this position, we expect that you have the following qualifications:

  • Experience with sales related to consultancy assignments
  • Strong sales background, preferably with experience in the technical consulting industry
  • Focus on commercial activities and customer needs
  • Customers see you as a valuable, inspiring, and trustworthy partner
  • Strategically, you have the ability to quickly capture market trends and customer needs, and you find it easy to transform your thoughts and ideas into action.
  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, and you can establish relationships based on trust and close cooperation
  • Experience with strategic sales, keeping up with market trends and tending to customer needs
