Your position
In your new position as Service Coordinator in the Renewables division, you will join our dedicated Offshore Wind Service team where we deliver specialized electrical services to onshore and offshore clients all over the world.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining up-to-date service and manning plans, managing service work orders for technicians, verifying that technicians possess the required certifications, and organizing travel arrangements. You will collaborate closely with Area Managers, Project Managers, and Technicians. Above all, your work will make a real difference in meeting the world’s growing energy demand.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling direct service requests from customers as well as supporting Project Managers in coordination of services and both internal and external resources for larger Service contracts and projects. The services and projects are being executed for our offshore clients, primarily located within Denmark, Germany, UK and US.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting a strong safety culture
  • Managing, coordinating and planning tasks and projects
  • Communicating with technicians and customers
  • Ad hoc tasks that may differ from day-to-day operations

Your profile & qualifications 
You will be the natural point of contact for our clients for existing and new projects. 

Therefore, we are looking for an individual who excels in client relations, possesses strong communication skills and is eager to build lasting partnerships.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you:

  • Possess excellent communication skills in Danish and English
  • Are interested in working in an international setting and coordinating people from across the world
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and are keen on establishing relations
