Your position
In your new position as AI Developer, you will be a valuable member of the dedicated Digital & IT team who operates as the group service function supporting and partnering with all business divisions across Denmark, Norway, Poland, UK, US and Asia.  Here, you will have the exciting chance to further develop our in-house application built on Azure OpenAI, while making a real change for the global energy sector.

Your place of work can either be at our HQ in Esbjerg or one of our offices in Ballerup or Aalborg based on your convenience. The position is full-time, and you can expect to travel 5-10 days per year.

In our team, you'll experience a supportive environment where you'll have the opportunity to grow your expertise in AI with the support of our experienced development team,” says Juli Behrendt Bexkens, Senior Process Specialist.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As an AI Developer, you will play a key role in our next developmental phase, which includes tasks like data integration, user access management, AI system enhancement, and use-case implementation.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Working alongside our development teams to refine user story requirements, ensuring our AI solutions effectively address the challenges our users face.
  • Taking an active role in the technical development process from planning to deployment, contributing your skills to produce quality, innovative outcomes.
  • Collaborating on integrating Azure blob storage, managing data effectively, and securing user access within our application.
  • Participating in the training of our AI system with varied content, aiding in the development of an intelligent internal knowledge base.
  • Using your experience to help translate complex requirements into functional, scalable AI solutions.

Your profile & qualifications
We are looking for a developer with a problem-solving mindset who is passionate about AI and machine learning and wants to leave their personal mark on it. You are a team player who is eager to collaborate with peers and learn from senior developers.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

  • Fundamental knowledge of AI applications, particularly in data management and system architecture
  • 2-5 years of experience as a developer and a strong interest or initial experience in AI and machine learning.
  • Good communication skills that enable you to discuss technical details and contribute to strategic planning.
