Your position
In your new position as Director for Consultant Services in the Oil & Gas division, you will lead a dedicated team of recruiters, a sales manager and the consultants where the mission is to is to sell and deliver highly technical consulting services to our external energy project customers within Oil & Gas, Offshore wind, Power-to-X and CCUS.
With your result-driven and visionary mindset, you will take on the responsibility of developing and driving our consultancy business. This involves driving sales and fostering relationships with both new and existing customers. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President for Oil & Gas and being a part of the management group of the Oil&Gas, you will therefore play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious 2027 strategy, making a significant impact on our consulting business and the future of our organisation.
Your tasks & responsibilities
As Director for Consultant Services, you will be responsible for building a strong team and ensuring a motivated, efficient organisation. You will dedicate your efforts to establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships while maintaining and growing a profitable consulting business.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of recruiters and sales manager, creating a cohesive and high-performing unit.
- Developing new consulting concepts and maintaining existing ones.
- Setting and achieving profit and loss targets for the consulting division.
- Strengthening relationships between our UK and Denmark divisions.
- Negotiating large contracts with energy sector clients.
Your profile & qualifications
We are looking for a result-driven leader with a strong business acumen who is passionate about the technical consulting field and eager to contribute to business development. As a person, you are an innovative thinker who is not afraid of challenging the status quo and you excel in stakeholder management.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- Knowledge of the energy sector and proven leadership experience.
- Experience in the consulting field within the technical domain.
- Innovative thinking and the ability to develop new business concepts.
- Proficiency in business administration.
- Fluency in English, verbal and written.
