Your position
In your new position as Head of Modifications in the Renewable Division you will be responsible for our Projects related to repair, modifications and upgrade on wind farms in operation. You will be leading a team located in Denmark, Germany and UK, and projects are also located in different places, often offshore.

Your key tasks & responsibilities
As head of Modifications, you will be the natural point of contact for our clients for existing and new projects. You will secure projects are being delivered on time and budget.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Take ownership to continue the strengthen of our safety culture
- Managing, coordinating and planning tasks and projects
- Communicating with customers and create solutions
- Support in problem solving for both customers and your team
- Setting the team and contributing to the execution
Your profile & qualifications
The role matches a person with an ambitious and target-driven mindset and a strong technical background and experience within project management, preferably within the offshore wind sector. At the same time you have a real can-do attitude and the flexibility to travel.
You have a strong leadership profile just as well as a natural outgoing profile. You are excellent in communicating both internal and externally with clients and suppliers.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- A technical background as engineer or similar
- +5 years of relevant experience with the disciplines and services in the offshore industry, as well as experience from multidiscipline projects.
- Fluent in English language is a requirement. Danish and/or German is an advantage.
- To be self-driven and able to plan your own work.
- You are proactive and persistent in reaching the best solutions.
