Your position 
In this role, you will supervise teams of 10-20 members in cable pulling as well as cableway construction, installation and termination. You will have the possibility to grow your expertise within the areas of high- and low-voltage systems. Above all, your work will make a real difference in meeting the world’s growing energy demand.

Your tasks & responsibilities 
You will be responsible for ensuring a structured and smooth workflow for your teams as well as interacting with people from many different backgrounds and cultures.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Supervision of teams
  • Planning of work activities
    o    Supervise cable pulling
    o    Supervise general construction/installation
    o    Supervise termination works
    o    Perform in-depth quality spotchecks 
  • Coordinate works according to project schedule in close collaboration with foremen, engineers, and site management
  • Conduct toolbox talks
  • Communicating with subcontractors, clients and stakeholders across the project organisation
  • Progress reporting and follow up

Your profile & qualifications 
We imagine that you enjoy taking responsibility and that you thrive in the construction site culture.  You stay calm when things change rapidly, and you know that your capability to keep a clear overview in stressful situations is one of your biggest assets and strongly needed.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

  • A relevant background such as production electrician, electrical engineer or maybe you’ve worked as foreman on larger construction sites
  • Team management experience preferably from the construction industry
  • Passion about getting things done in the right way and to collaborate with all kinds of people and nationalities with various cultural backgrounds.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, verbal and written
