We are searching for a Supply Chain Manager to lead and develop our Nordic operations in a highly regulated, safety-critical aviation environment.
The Supply Chain Manager Nordic plays a key leadership role in a highly regulated and safety-critical aviation environment. The position is responsible for leading and further developing the Nordic supply chain to ensure efficient, reliable, and cost-effective service delivery across the organization.
Reporting to the Nordics Part 145 Accountable & Maintenance Manager, the role leads the Nordic Supply Chain team with end-to-end responsibility for planning, procurement, supplier management, warehousing, and logistics. The position ensures on-time delivery, strong operational performance, and cost control in line with budget, internal customer commitments, and regulatory requirements.
This role is suited for a leader who combines strategic insight with strong operational execution and a clear focus on continuous improvement in an international aviation setting.
The position will be based in Tromsø, Arlanda, Östersund, or Esbjerg.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with CAMO and Part 145 leadership to ensure all logistics needs are handled efficiently and with high quality service.
Develop and implement performance metrics and service level agreements across supply chain, suppliers, and production to drive a strong delivery and performance culture.
Lead planning, performance management, procurement, sourcing, warehousing, and distribution across the Nordic organization.
Drive supply chain strategies to improve agility, including lead-time reduction, cost savings, and improved supplier performance.
Define and optimize logistics operations to ensure effective material handling in line with business needs and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Nordic senior management, functional leaders, internal customers, external suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team across countries, cultures, and languages.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential requirements:
A recognized degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, with at least 10 years of experience in global supply chain operations.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams of supply chain professionals.
Proven organizational and leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of supply chain best practices, procurement, Lean Six Sigma, and project management.
Demonstrated experience resolving complex supplier issues in collaboration with suppliers, engineering, and quality functions.
Strong understanding of EASA regulations (Part-21, Part-145, Part-M), traceability, airworthiness, audit compliance, and quality assurance.
Competence in Safety Management Systems, Continuing Airworthiness Management Organizations (CAMO), and regulatory oversight frameworks.
Preferred requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in an aviation-related supply chain environment.
A Supply Chain-related Master’s degree or Master of Business Administration (MBA)

In-depth understanding of supply chain procurement, policies, processes, tools, regulations, and protocols.
Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and analytical mindset.
Ability to navigate complex and dynamic environments.
Solid understanding of performance measurement, data management, and business analytics.
High proficiency in MS Office, procurement systems, and ERP tools.
Fluency in English and Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian.
