Your position
You will be joining our Access and Coating team within the Transitional Energies division. This team specializes in providing services related to fabric maintenance, rope access/scaffolding, electrical, rigging, and mechanical work.

We are committed to delivering high-quality operations through a team of qualified and experienced professionals, handling a diverse range of repair tasks both onshore, offshore, and internationally.

The position is based in Esbjerg on a full-time, permanent basis at the Semco Maritime headquarters. As such, local residency is preferred.

Your tasks & responsibilities
You will be a key asset to our Access and Coating group, taking on a leadership role in project operations. This includes overseeing all responsibilities and tasks related to the initiation and completion of projects.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Planning, preparation, and execution of a wide variety of jobs on oil & gas, industrial plants and wind farm structures.
  • Planning and coordinating tasks for onshore and offshore related jobs in the energy industry related to:
  • Personnel selection
  • Equipment selection and packing
  • Preparation of work packages
  • Execution and ensuring project progress in timely manner.
  • Project completion including closing documentation.
  • Risk analysis and control systems
  • Communication with teams


Your profile & qualifications
We are looking for an experienced professional with extensive experience form the offshore industry. You must be well versed in the daily activities of Offshore Fabric Maintenance.
It is important that you are driven by seeing the results of your work and that you are a great team-player who is also able to work independently.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you:

  • Have experience with offshore projects
  • Have good planning and coordination skills
  • Have mechanical experience (coating or E&I would be a plus)
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Are fluent in English, verbal and written.
  • Are comfortable and enjoy working with people from multiple different cultural backgrounds.
