Are you structured, detail-oriented and motivated by being able to support the Senior Vice President (SVP) and the Executive management of our dynamic Renewables Division? As our new Management Assistant, you will primarily support the SVP in our Renewables Division, and furthermore you will be the glue that binds together the Executive management, the organisation, and our stakeholders. You will as well as take a leading role in operations of administrative procedures and daily business operations of the division.
Your tasks and responsibilities
An essential part of the job will be supporting the SVP internally with agendas, reporting and follow-up on meetings and defined goals and providing input based on internal/external enquiries.
Your other tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Prepare meetings, reports, presentations, and communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle travel arrangements, including receipt handling.
- Calendar control for the SVP.
- Efficient document folder control and Microsoft Teams-group setup.
- Coordinate social activities like teambuilding and celebrations.
- Provide administrative and coordinating support for HR-processes, including onboarding.
- Offer management support in the Renewables Division.
- Other ad hoc & administrative tasks, as it may be needed along the way.
Your qualifications and skills
We value a relevant education background and expect you to have prior experience in a similar role within an international organization.

- Have great interpersonal skills and fluency in written and verbal English.
As the Management Assistant, you will report directly to Stinne Gabriel Tiddy, Lead HR Business Partner, and collaborate closely with Thomas Thomsen, Senior Vice President of Renewables. This is a full-time position, offering flexibility for your primary workplace at either our headquarters in Esbjerg, where the SVP is based, or our Ballerup office. If you choose to work from our Ballerup office, anticipate regular visits to Esbjerg, with a minimum of twice per month. Additionally, there may be approximately 10-20 travel days annually for work-related activities.
