Your responsibilities
We looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to be part of our Boat Campaign. We offer a versatile workday with multiple tasks. We expect you to demonstrate safety leadership across all contract activities and act as a role model for the safety culture implemented in Semco Maritime.
In addition, we expect you to
- ensure a good work environment and a high safety level and make sure that all HSE rules and regulations are followed,
- participate in safe job analyses and toolbox talks as needed,
- lead and coordinate foremen and conduct weekly meetings,
- receive and review job cards and report daily progress,
- activate permits at the area authority (AA), distribute/delegate assignments to foremen and receive and verify completed job cards.
You will work in a 2:2 - 2:4 rotation, which means that you will be offshore for 2 weeks followed by a 2-week free, then offshore 2 weeks and 4 weeks home.
Your profile and qualifications
We expect you to have great co-operation skills and a systematic and detailed approach. You are a team player who never compromises on safety, and it is important that you are patient and have a ‘safety first’ mindset.
Furthermore, it is an advantage if you
- have a background as an Engineer or Project Manager and/or have experience from a similar position,
- have knowledge of offshore systems and the construction of installations by use of SAP/Unisol/PIMS/Visual Tour,
- have offshore experience
- can read and speak English.
