An opportunity for challenge and growth
In this role, you will become a key part of our 24/7 one-point-of-contact service, acting as the customer’s representative in connection with vessel calls and operational activities, while also working closely with customer care, which requires strong and ongoing communication and follow-up.
In addition, you will play an active role in driving the department’s commercial direction, including identifying new business opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, and contributing to the expansion of our market and customer portfolio. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to grow in the role and take on responsibility as our activities and market position continue to develop. You will be part of our 24-hour duty roster, including weekends, and your primary tasks will be:
· Coordination and handling of vessel calls
· Planning and management of daily operational activities
· Procurement of required services, spare parts, and provisions for vessels
· Planning and logistics related to crew changes
· Contribute to business development through customer care and commercial initiatives
