Your position
In your new position in the Oil & Gas division, you will take on the role as a Project Manager for our Fabrication and yard facilities, where we specialize in fabrication of a wide range of high-quality modules, skids, steel structures and piping for the offshore wind and oil & gas industries. This will be the chance for you to bring your project management experience into play in leading projects that contribute to tackling global energy challenges. As a key player in our high-performing and dedicated team, you will not only ensure the seamless day-to-day project planning but also play a vital role in engaging with stakeholders, managing tender submissions, conducting contractual negotiations and overseeing project progress.

Your tasks & responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day project planning while ensuring that customers are well informed and that any unforeseen issues are handled in cooperation with the customers.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing tender submissions
  • Conducting contractual negotiations
  • Preparing workshop documentation
  • Monitoring project progress
  • Engaging with third-party authorities such as DNV, BV, ABS, etc. to clarify requirements
  • Conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) prior to customer hand-over
  • Preparing as-built documentation
  • Performing financial follow-up tasks

Your profile & qualifications
As a person, you are structured and have a proactive and solution-oriented approach to your work. You are capable of adapting to changes and thrive in a role where you have daily communication with many stakeholders. 

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

  • Strong technical background with experience from for instance the offshore wind and/or oil & gas industry
  • An educational background as an engineer (marine, mechanical, structural) or related fields
  • Experience with steel constructions
  • Technical knowledge of welding and WPS, as well as AutoCAD
  • Preferably experience with 3D drawing programmes
  • Fluency in English and Danish, verbal and written
