Your position

In your new position as Project Planner in the Rig & Marine division, you will be a valuable member of the project team who give input and support to tasks within yard stays, offshore work, rigs and special vessels. You will have the chance to apply your structured mindset and analytical skills to develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, analyze data, and generate reports - ensuring the success of each project. Above all, your work will make a real difference in meeting the world’s growing energy demand.

Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront – views do not get any better than this. The position is full-time, and you can expect to travel 0-30 days per year.

Your tasks & responsibilities

As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling activities throughout the whole project portfolio.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Directing master schedulers on projects
  • Preparing schedule data for tender proposals, contract negotiations and weekly/monthly progress updates once the project has been awarded.
  • Updating project progress
  • Generating S-curves in MS Projects and Primavera
  • Supporting project managers
  • Maintaining processes in project management.

Your profile & qualifications

We are looking for an analytical and organised candidate who is passionate about project planning and wants to leave their mark on it. You are curious about the practical aspects of the projects and are eager to observe and engage with the projects on-site.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

  • A curiosity for gaining practical knowledge of the projects
  • A relevant educational background or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Project Planner
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
