Your position
As our new Site Manager, you will be joining our Renewables Division where we handle several large-scale multidiscipline projects. You will be working from our Site in Lindø on the Vineyard Wind project site. You will report directly to the Construction Manager who is responsible for the overall site.
We expect the activities on-site to begin during July/August which is when we expect you to start. This position is open to being a contracted position as a project hire with the duration of the project, or a permanent position depending on the candidate.

Your tasks & responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will be planning, coordinating and managing daily site activities, and together with your team of foremen you will lead 80-100 blue collar workers daily.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring that the project activities adhere to the schedule and activities are planned accordingly
- Supporting the Construction Manager for the site with HSE management
- Overseeing the timely delivery of materials and coordination with vendors
- Preparing job packages for foremen, updating job package progress and creating progress reports
- Ad-hoc daily tasks
Your profile & qualifications
Your overall background is not essential as the most important factor is that you have a technical background and interest. There are many possible entryways to this position, perhaps you have previously worked as a Site Manager or maybe you have experience from working as a supervisor or a foreman and want to step up your career.
Outside of your professional life it is important part is that you have a good sense for working with people from many different backgrounds, are empathetic and enjoy creating and contributing to a good working environment.
To succeed in this position, we expect that you:
- Have technical knowledge
- Possess good IT-skills
- Have management experience
- Have experience from working on construction sites
- Preferably have some practical experience
- A decent level of English, since we are working with many nationalities on site, and have a US customer
