Your position
As our new Electrical Engineer, you will take part in delivering a variety of electrical solutions within projects related to Wind carrier’s, special vessel and in general floating and mobile units. You will work in accordance with the applicable procedures and standards within the cost budgets and the project schedule targets. You will operate with a high degree of independence, and you will be participating in decision making.
You will be part of a team of 13 fantastic and competent colleagues. You will report to John K. Andersen, Director, Projects.
Your tasks & responsibilities
You will be responsible for producing adequate specifications, calculations, drawings, and other pertinent engineering and design documentation to enable the procurement, installation, commissioning, and safe operation of electrical equipment as part of multidiscipline brownfield modifications.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Design and engineering of electrical projects
- Managing and controlling projects Manage Electrical Projects
- Responsible for estimations and budgets
- Define and purchase materials
- Responsible for Class approval and documentation
Your profile & qualifications
As a person we imagine that you are structured and self-motivated. You are responsible and able to take ownership of tasks and meet your deadlines. You are effectively managing multiple tasks, but at the same time you are very attentive to the details. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and thrive in humours environment.
To succeed in this position, we expect that you have the following qualifications:
- Education as Electrical Engineer, AP graduate in service engineering or similar background within electrical systems
- Min 5 years of experience from similar position
- Preferably experience in oil and gas or marine industry
- Comfortable in written and verbal Danish and English

The position is full time and is located at our headquarters in Esbjerg, Denmark. You should expect up to 50-60 travel days annually.
