Your position
In this newly created position as Senior HR Operations Partner, you will be part of our dedicated HR Services department who are responsible for managing all HR systems, processes, tools and templates. We are currently on a rapid growth journey, which comes with the interesting and challenging task of shaping and optimizing our HR practices to meet the evolving needs of our growing organisation.
“In this role, you will have a strong influence and a broad area of responsibility within the entire HR palette. One of your finest tasks is to optimize our payroll processes in both Denmark and Germany and make sure that our yearly HR wheel and HR processes are communicated with known responsibility splits, templates, and guidelines for our HR Business Partners to bring to the organization,” says Maibrit Lykke, Head of HR Services.
Your task and responsibilities
As a Senior HR Operations Partner you will use your broad toolbox to make independent decisions and business cases which lead to proposals on complex tasks. One of your focus areas will be to ensure all managers and employees are onboarded and trained in relevant HR processes, global policies, and procedures through classroom and online training. You will also be driving the development of our new e-learning platform in close collaboration with our IT department. You ensure continues improvement of processes.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Optimizing and implementing our global HR Processes in the organisation including our payroll processes
- Leading the development and implementation of our annual HR wheel
- Training and developing managers and employees
- Supporting the implementation of our new People System (CatalystOne) to HR Operational Excellence
- Providing support and guidance in HR-related queries from both managers and employees
Your profile and qualifications
As a person you are team- and process oriented and strive for delivering continuous improvements with high-quality results. You are curious by nature and change management is something you live by every day. In addition, you enjoy a structured and detail-oriented approach, while keeping an overview in a fast-paced environment. You have great lean and project management skills.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- Experience from global HR functions
- Project management skills and execution accordingly
- Flair for HR-related IT systems as well as Microsoft Office
- Integrity and ability to act with full discretion
- Knowledge of the Danish labour law
- Strong communication skills in Danish and English, verbal and written
