Your position
In your new position as Senior Process Specialist, you will be a valuable member of the dedicated HR Services & Processes team. You will join us in an exciting period, as we are currently implementing our new HR Process and System project, which is designed to improve our global HR processes.
You will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation of our new HR system together with the external implementation partner and relevant internal stakeholders. This entails driving the delivery under the implementation project according to the agreed upon scope, timeline and budget, ensuring a high level of internal alignment.

Once the new HR system is fully implemented, you'll become the owner responsible for HR systems and processes, providing you with an exciting opportunity to enhance the HR system, ensure HR compliance and promote HR process excellence,” says Maibrit Lykke, Head of HR Services & Processes.
Your tasks & responsibilities
As Senior Process Specialist, you will lead the planning, execution and monitoring of the HR implementation project. In addition, you will be responsible for streamlining our internal HR processes, internal change management and HR compliance.
Your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Implementing, maintaining and driving the HR Process and System project.
- Identifying opportunities for system improvements and actively participating in the implementation of approved changes.
- Collaborating with the IT Team, the local HR system super users, HR/payroll teams, and stakeholders to efficiently schedule and execute updates, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Ensuring all users receive proper training and establish clear procedures, processes and workflows for all operational activities.
- Creating relevant process manuals for system operations to prevent single points of failure and facilitate upskilling within the business.
- Reviewing existing HR processes and identify areas for improvement and propose improvements to drive solutions.
- Continuously developing our internal HR and HR compliance processes.
Your profile & qualifications
We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong drive and a business-focused mindset, someone who can build relationships across all levels of Semco Maritime. You should be open to learning, have the ability to earn trust from stakeholders, manage relationships, understand technical challenges, produce creative solutions and communicate complex ideas with clarity.
To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:
- A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven expertise in overseeing complex, multi-phase HR management application projects
- Strong grasp of HR business processes and mapping
- Change management experience
- Proficiency in software implementation management
- PMI/PMP certification is preferred
- Fluency in both English and Danish

Your place of work will either be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg or our office in Ballerup. The position is full-time, and you can expect to travel 0-10 days per year.
